The Borhella Lighthouse is located at the tip of the island of Andøy in Norway. This historic lighthouse was built in 1877 and stands 11 m above sea level. It is constructed of granite blocks and painted white and red, with a gallery around the lantern. Visitors can admire the Atlantic Ocean from the top of the lighthouse, where one can also enjoy the coastal scenery. The views from the lighthouse are simply breathtaking and it makes for some excellent photographic opportunities. The lighthouse is open for public tours, and visitors can explore the old lighthouse keepers house, which is still located on the grounds. There is a small museum with artifacts from the area, as well as a gift shop. There are also hiking trails in the area providing pleasant walks in the nature.
