The Bolonia Dune or Duna de Bolonia is a natural sand dune located in Bolonia, Cádiz, Spain. This dune stretches over a 390 m wide by 900 m long rectangular area and is one of the few beaches with white sand dunes in Europe. The area is home to two species of rare plants - Eryngium maritimum and Festuca paniculata, making it a protected natural space. The dunes, combined with the ocean, form a unique coastline. It is a favorite spot for swimming and sunbathing, but also home to some beautiful view of the ocean as far as the eye can see. The sandy beach is great for long walks, and visitors can also come across some attractions like the remains of the ancient castle of Baelo Claudia and the ruins of the Tower of San Miguel. Take a stroll in the pine trees or relax on the shore while admiring the beauty of this amazing natural area, and don't forget to bring the camera!
