📍 Mexico
The Biblioteca Central UNAM is one of the main libraries in Mexico City and the biggest in Latin America. It was built in the late 1950s and is part of the National Autonomous University of Mexico (UNAM). The library is located in the heart of the university's main campus, between Ciudad Universitaria and El Coyol. The building is made of white concrete and etched glass, and its outline resembles that of a mountain range. Inside it, visitors can find an impressive collection of books, magazines, electronic publications, and even printed music. This place is extremely popular for students and researchers in search of knowledge and culture. Visitors can also enjoy the University's historical archives and a reading room for Spanish-speaking literature. The library is free to enter and open from Monday to Friday.
