Belvedere Gardens, also known as Lower and Upper Belvedere are two beautiful Baroque gardens in Vienna. Lower Belvedere, is a park with ponds, fountains, statues and a palace. This palace is connected to Upper Belvedere, a formal garden with terraces and more fountains. Both gardens together fascinate the visitors with their beautiful sun-drenched terraces and their architectural intricate designs. It's an idyllic place to take strolls, have picnics, visit out of the sun or just admire the views. In the lower palace there's a museum of art you can explore - the Verderer Galerie and the Orangery. The Upper Belvedere is also often used for concerts. All in all both Belvedere Gardens are real gems to visit in Vienna, with their terraces, one of a kind architecture, picturesque pathways and bright splosh of colors.
