The Basler Rathaus mit Stadtmarkt is located in Basel, Switzerland. Built in 1583, it is one of the oldest town halls in the country. The Baroque-style building is now mostly used as a market building, renting out 10 wine and food stalls, as well as a store selling local products. The building has been identified as a Swiss heritage site of national significance. Visitors can marvel at the intricate art and detailed architecture of the building, and enjoy the hustle and bustle of the market. There is also an information desk in the cellar which provides tourist information.
