Originally built in the 18th century, it is dedicated to St. Francis of Paola and is the official royal chapel of the Bourbon dynasty that reigned in southern Italy until the 19th century. The Basilica boasts a spectacular architecture and a large façade, making this an impressive attraction to visit for tourists and history lovers.
