Bahía de la Concha is a beautiful beach located in the city of Donostia, Spain. With its sandy shores, its turquoise waters and its stunning views of the Cantabrian Sea, it is no surprise that it is often considered one of the most picturesque bays in Spain. With clean waters and breaks in the waves with a unique, fascinating coastline, it is the perfect spot for swimming, walking and relaxing. Apart from its beauty, for many visitors its historical significance is also an important factor. The bay is well-known for its iconic pier built by Pedro Ansorena in 1912. For over a century it has been an important part of the city's history, and a great walk or photoshoot spot.
