Autobahnkreuz Bonn Nord (Bonn North Motorway Junction) is a junction in the western part of Bonn, Germany that connects the A59, A562 and A565 motorways. It is one of the busiest intersections in Germany, with 35,000 cars passing through the junction each day. The motorway junction is the main connection between the cities of Bonn, Cologne and Koblenz. It was constructed in the late 60s and has been in operation since 1971. At the junction, there are services such as petrol stations and hotels to facilitate travelers. There are several tourist attractions nearby, including the beaches of Bonn, the Westerwald and Rhineland Palatinate Nature Park, as well as a number of castles, churches and gardens. There is also the Post Tower, which is the tallest building in Bonn. The junction is a great place for travelers and photographers alike, as it offers many opportunities for great shots.
