Arnstadt's Rathaus is a stunning 15th century structure located in the historic city of Arnstadt, Germany. The building, constructed in 1495 by spitalmeister Gregor Wißmann, stands as a testament to the late Gothic era of northern German architecture, and persists as one of the only original examples of its kind in its region. The impressive façade offers visitors an in-depth appreciation for the medieval era, with significant decorative features such a red and blue tiled roof as well as a Bismarkturm, a 40ft tall tower with a high pointed spire. On the front of the building, a massive decorative coat of arms is also displayed. The Rathaus largely remains untouched, and is open daily to the public to visit and admire its lasting beauty.
