The Antico pozzo della loggia is a historic well beneath the civic loggia beside Piazza Maggiore, in Feltre’s elevated old town. Its stone wellhead brings an everyday feature of urban life into a setting shaped by the town’s public buildings, recalling the importance of shared water sources before modern plumbing. The covered arcade gives the scene its visual character: the compact well contrasts with the taller columns, while shaded recesses frame the stonework and the repeating lines of the loggia.
