Altnauer Apfelweg and Baholzstrasse are both located in the tiny village of Altnau, in the canton of Thurgau, Switzerland. This village is known for its countryside charm and its charming apple orchards, where the famous Swiss apples are grown. In the village center, there is an ancient parish church, built in 1237 and still in use. From there, walk down Baholzstrasse, a cobblestone road that leads to the meadows of the nearby Baholz Valley. Along the way, you can take in the beautiful views of nearby Lake Constance and the Swiss Alps. The hiking trail of Altnauer Apfelweg then takes you to the orchards, where you can sample all the different varieties of Thurgau's delicious apples.
