The Alte Harburger Elbbrücke and the Kurz hinter dem Portal are historic bridges located in Hamburg, Germany. The Elbbrücke was built in 1841 and remains one of the oldest and most iconic bridges in the city, spanning the river Elbe from Harburg to Wilhelmsburg. The Kurz hinter dem Portal is a much more recent structure, completed in 2017. Visitors can walk or bike along the Elbe bike path starting at the Elbbrücke and leading to Wilhelmsburg, an old industrial district where some of the best small cafes and bakeries can be found.
