The area of 六義園 and Togetsukyo Bridge lies on the hills of north-west of Bunkyo City in Japan. Togetsukyo Bridge, or the "Moon Crossing Bridge", is an iconic landmark, built during the Muromachi period (1336 - 1573). It is one of the best-known places in Bunkyo City, standing in between a lush forest and bright blue waters of Kamo River. Visitors can take a boat ride and enjoy panoramic views of the bridge from the river. In spring, this place is known as one of Japan's 100 most famous cherry blossom sites. The gardens in the area, such as those of 六義園, feature Japanese-style landscaping with ponds and streams, as well as ponderous pathways hugged by maples, azalea bushes, and cherry blossoms. This place is great for travelers and photographers year-round.
