Torre Norte de Plaza de España

The impressive Neo-Mudéjar style Torre Norte de Plaza de España is one of the most symbolic landmarks in Sevilla. Located in the historic city centre, the eye-catching tower serves as one of the entrance points to the flowered and tiled Plaza de España, built in 1929. The oblong building and its four towers are decorated with ceramic tiles and bright colors, making it a popular spot for pictures and sightseeing. Climbing to the upper most level of the tower, visitors can catch a glimpse of the beautiful panorama of the famous Plaza. Inside, the floors are decorated with various murals and mosaics depicting the characters from some of Spanish literature's most well-known works. The 6th floor has an interesting interactive museum where visitors can learn about the fascinating history of the Plaza. This is one of Sevilla’s must-visit attractions and a great photo opportunity!
