The Southeast Point is the peak of the hill and is surrounded by the Odeon of Herodes Atticus, the monumental stair of Philopappos, the Temple of Athena Nike and the Propylaia. It was believed to have been the highest point of the Acropolis and the view from this point is breathtaking. Today, after hundreds of years of wear, these two monuments remain, spectacularly standing and lovely to view from afar.
