Plaza del Ganado

Plaza del Ganado in Pedraza, Spain is an ancient square surrounded by unique gothic architecture with narrow cobblestone streets. You can sense Pedraza’s ancient Moorish influence as you explore the many small boutiques, home to local handmade crafts and souvenirs. At the center of the square stands the remarkable Gothic Domo del Remedio, free to enter and explore. The complex includes a defensive tower, chapel, and crypt, as well as a grand staircase and balconies. Pedraza dates back to the 12th century and it's old jewish quarter is worth a visit, especially for history lovers and photographers. There are also two fortified castles on either side of town: Peñafiel and Segovia Castles.
