Pão de Açucar

The small and picturesque neighborhood of Urca, in the south of Brazil's Rio de Janeiro city, is best known for its iconic Pão de Açúcar (Sugar Loaf Mountain). This monolith rises almost straight up from 400m, making it a prominent feature of the city’s skyline. At its foot lies the Praça General Tibúrcio, a must for all visitors of the area.
