Norman Park

Norman Park is a beautiful town tucked within the Canadian Shield located in Kenora, Ontario. It is located a few kilometers south of Lake of the Woods, offering stunning views of the region's forests and lakes. Norman Park offers numerous outdoor activities for travelers, from fishing, hunting, snowmobiling and even trapping. Wildlife in the area consists of white-tailed deer, snowshoe hares, black bears, muskrats, minks, otters, and more. The landscape consists of rolling hills, wetlands, and numerous lakes and ponds dotting the area. Visitors can enjoy beautiful sun rises and sun sets from the observatory situated west of the town. Norman Park is also home to the Kenora Community Museum and a single-screen cinema. There are also a few historical sites in the area, including the old train station and civil war monument. Visitors can also enjoy shopping, eating out, and overnight camping in the area.
