Monumental Arch to the Artillery Force

The Monumental Arch to the Artillery Force is located in Piazza Vittorio Veneto in Turin, Italy. It was built in the 19th century to honour Italy's First Artillery Regiment. The arch is white, with four main columns and two powerful sculptures at the top. The central arch is surrounded by four additional smaller archways and two balconies with two sets of stairs that lead to a platform with two large cannons in front. The arch is a spectacular example of Neoclassical architecture, and a great photographic spot. The best time of the day to take photos is either the morning or evening, when the lighting wraps around the sculptures and columns.
