It can be reached from San Martin de los Andes by car, bus, bicycle or on foot. The path that borders the lagoon is super quiet. It is reached after about 30 minutes from the parking lot. To get there on foot, you have to follow the Andean trail from the city. There is a path that allows you to reach the natural viewpoint that is in the height. Pets cannot be entered as it is a protected bird refuge.
