Kirkjufell Mountain, located in Grundarfjörður, Iceland, is one of the most beautiful and stunning mountain views you will find in this stunning country. This saddle-shaped mountain is popular for its numerous hikes and for being a very picturesque spot for photographers and travelers. Besides being a beautiful structure to view and admire, Kirkjufell also has an interesting local legend. According to the old tales, the mountain was formed from the forward bow of a ship which crashed on the coast nearby.
