Great Haseley Windmill

Great Haseley Windmill is the most prominent feature of this picturesque village. Located in Oxfordshire, England, the windmill has a very distinctive shape, with each of its four sections jutting out in right angles to form a four-sided tower. The towers date back to the 17th century, when they were built as a grain mill. Today, the Grade II listed mill still serves as a reminder of the area's history and offers visitors a glimpse into the past. In addition to the windmill, Great Haseley also offers visitors a number of other attractions. The village is home to a 16th century public hall, a thatched pub, a church and an 18th-century almshouse, as well as a number of other historic buildings.
