Château de Fontainebleau is a royal palace located in Fontainebleau, France. It was built in the 12th century as a hunting lodge and has since evolved into one of France's grandest palaces. The palace is situated in the forest of Fontainebleau and is surrounded by a large park, complete with landscaped lawns and gardens.
