Assy Observatory

The Assy Observatory is located in the village of Assy, located near the town of Batan, in the Shymkent region of Kazakhstan. It is a modern astronomical observatory, built in 2013. It is equipped with cutting-edge optical telescopes that are used to observe the stars, planets and galaxies of the Milky Way. Visitors to the observatory can take in the stunning views of the night sky and gaze upon the stars and galaxies. The observatory also has a small museum and interactive displays which show the history of Astronomy and its significance in our world. There is also a research center and observatory school which visitors can visit to gain an understanding of the science behind Astronomy. There is also an educational center for children and adults who are interested in learning about Astronomy.
