Built in 1927, it is a 47-storey skyscraper that stands at a height of 510 feet. The building is a beautiful example of the Art Deco style of architecture and features an ornate terracotta facade. The interior structure is made of steel and clad in white terra cotta. The roof is topped with a pyramidal tower. With its white-glazed terracotta façade and Gothic details, the building can be spotted from up to 10 miles away. The tower also has an observation deck at the top that offers panoramic views of the city skyline.
