Playa de Peña del Caballo

Playa de Peña del Caballo is a spectacular beach located in Avilés, Spain. Extending from the Bay of Biscay in the north, to the foot of the Peña del Caballo mountain in the south, this beach is one of the most picturesque in the province of Asturias. The sunsets in this region are especially beautiful, and people have been known to come from all over the country to witness them. Playa del Caballo is equipped with showers, a shallow swimming area, and plenty of places to relax. If you’re feeling adventurous, you can hike up the mountain for some stunning views of the Bay of Biscay.
