Montmorency Falls

Montmorency Falls, located just a short drive from Old Québec, is a spectacular natural site that stands at 83 meters high, making it nearly 30 meters taller than Niagara Falls. For photo-travelers, the best viewpoints are accessible via the suspension bridge directly over the falls or the panoramic staircase with 487 steps, offering multiple angles for capturing the cascade's grandeur. Visit during winter for stunning ice formations known as the "sugar loaf." The site is especially striking at sunset or when lit up at night. The cable car ride provides a unique aerial perspective.
