Forggensee

The Forggensee, or Lake Forggen, is located in Schwangau, Germany. It is a large glacial lake and is part of the beautiful Bavarian countryside. It is a popular spot for tourists, athletes and locals alike, with opportunities for walking, cycling, boating, fishing, swimming, and photography. There are a variety of wonderful views of the surrounding hilltop castles and the stunning castle of Neuschwanstein perched high above the lake.
