DOT bioscoop Groningen is an old school cinema located in the city of Groningen in the Netherlands. The cinema first opened its doors in 1901 and since then has had a vibrant history as an international cinema, as well as one of the last cinemas to screen exclusively 35 mm film. Famous for its relaxed atmosphere, the cinema offers a variety of films showing, from art house and world cinema, to documentary and Oscar-winners, as well as regular programs from local and international cineastes.
