Niagara Falls

Niagara Falls is a spectacular natural wonder located in the Canadian city of Niagara Falls. It is one of the most powerful waterfalls in the world, with an average of over 6 million cubic feet of water plunging down the Niagara Gorge each minute. The falls are made up of two sets of three waterfalls - the Horseshoe Falls (the largest of the three) on the Canadian side, and the American Falls and the Bridal Veil Falls on the American side. With the majestic thundering falls visible from both sides of the border, Niagara Falls is a popular tourist attraction. There are multiple observation points from which visitors can view the spectacle – either from the observation decks at the brink of the Canadian Falls or from the Prospect Point on the American side for an up-close experience. A leisurely walk on the Niagara Falls Boardwalk and people watch as you wander about, a cable car ride to the Cave of the Winds for a closer look, and the Maid of the Mist boat tour are just some of the activities that visitors can enjoy during their stay at Niagara Falls.
