Navy Pier is a popular tourist destination located in Chicago, United States. It was opened in 1916 and is the largest pier in North America. It is home to many popular attractions including an amusement park, two IMAX theaters, beaches, the Chicago Children's Museum, the Crystal Gardens and a Ferris Wheel, which offers a wonderful view of the Chicago skyline. There are also a few eateries, a botanic garden, a carousel, and various shops. There's also a lake cruise which is highly recommended for sight-seers looking for an enjoyable experience on the lake. Navy Pier also hosts some exciting events throughout the year, including the Navy Pier Festival of Lights, the Chicago Jazz Festival, and free live concerts.
