Lago di Saint Croix is a popular tourist destination in the Provence-Alpes-Côte d'Azur region of France. Located in the charming village of Les Salles-sur-Verdon, the lake offers visitors stunning views of the surrounding Grand Canyon of Verdon, with its turquoise-green waters and breathtakingly sheer cliffs. For hikers, there are excellent trails along the canyon, as well as up to the nearby Cascade du Ray Pic waterfall. Other activities in the area include kayaking, canoeing, parasailing, and swimming in the clear alpine waters. Nearby attractions include the nearby towns of Salernes and Draguignan, Les Tailles reservoir and the Domaine des Prêches Nature.
