Gorton Creek Falls

Gorton Creek Falls is located in Wyeth, Oregon in the United States. It is a breathtaking 70-foot waterfall hidden within the cliffs of the Columbia River Gorge. From the west side, the trail starts off with a lovely view of the Columbia River. The trail winds through a heavily forested area, home to cedar and douglas fir trees. There are also tall cliff walls on either side, providing some nice backdrops for photography. With all the lush greenery and waterfall mist, it is a great place for photographers to capture some great shots. The falls, located about a half-mile along the trail, can be seen through occasional breaks in the trees. While you can hike to the falls, you cannot get too close due to safety reasons. The waterfall is a great spot to relax, enjoy nature, and take in the beauty of the gorge.
