Seven Sisters Cliffs

The Seven Sisters Cliffs make for one of the most beautiful and iconic sights in the United Kingdom. The white cliffs, that rise up dramatically out of the blue waters of the Cuckmere Haven in Sussex, are truly awe-inspiring. From afar, visitors can take in the incredible views of farmland, the river meanders and rolling chalk hills, while a walk along the beach provides a chance to explore the white chalk cliffs and dipping red clay of Seven Sisters. Visitors are advised to check the tide times before making their way down to the beach as the water can transition from calm and crystal clear to roiling and dangerous in a matter of minutes. The nearby South Downs National Park and Peacehaven are great places for hikes, but Cuckmere Haven is the true jewel of the area.
