Judd Falls

Judd Falls is an incredibly scenic waterfall in Mount Crested Butte. It is a 3-tiered cascade that drops 200 feet in two thirds of a mile, making it a beautiful destination for hikers and photographers. A popular trail (Eastside Trail) leads from the meadowland at the base of Mt. Crested Butte to Judd Falls, usually taking just an hour to reach the rich-forested location of the falls. There is also a hidden cliff facing Mount Crested Butte Peak in the background, making it an ideal location for photographers.
