Anzeiger-Hochhaus

The Anzeiger-Hochhaus, or Anzeiger Tower in Hannover, Germany, is a 98m (322 foot) tall skyscraper. It was built in 1962 and served as the headquarters of Hannover's daily newspaper, the Hannoversche Allgemeine Zeitung, until 2013. It is now a multi-purpose building, with offices, retail stores, apartments, and a hotel. It stands out among the various modern offices and buildings in the city center, and can be easily seen from various spots around the city. The Anzeiger Tower has a rich architectural history, with influences from the Bauhaus, Expressionist, and Postmodernist styles.
